The French Broad Place team is a local group of professionals that have been doing business in Brevard for over 15 years. With every project, this team’s first goal is to utilize services and sub-contractors within Brevard. This team is very proud of the synergy they have accomplished with French Broad Place. They are honored to be hosting this year’s Designer Showhouse.
Construction & Development- Ed Burdette is the licensed General Contractor for French Broad Place. Ed has owned and operated Ed Burdette Construction for over 25 years in Brevard. Ed specializes in custom residential and commercial construction. Scott Latell is French Broad Place’s Project Manager. As a mechanical engineer, licensed builder and certified project manager, Scott has used his experience to oversee the planning, design, and construction process of several residential and commercial developments.
Sales & Marketing- Josh and Mandi Burdette are a husband/wife team that have sold and developed real estate in Brevard for over 10 years. Prior to French Broad Place, Josh and Mandi owned and operated their own real estate firm. Josh’s expertise is in real estate development and investment properties. Josh is a licensed real estate broker with Sandra Purcell & Associates. Mandi holds a business degree in marketing and specializes in graphic design, strategic marketing development, real estate photography and residence staging.
